It is also non-binding to request a membership at all time, and you can whenever you want unsubscribe (always in the bottom of our newsletter, «Unsubscribe from this list») and If you want a copy or want us to delete all Personal Information we hold about you, just drop us a line at hello@factorytoyen.com.

 

You don’t have to give us any personal information. But if you don’t, you may not be able to access certain features or participate in certain aspects of Factory Tøyen such as events, workshops and/or become a member of our community. But that is your choice - and we totally respect that.

Factory Tøyen is the name of a Property and a Coworking Space located in Kjølberggata 21 in Oslo, Norway, and an online platform. All Services are operated by Factory Tøyen and RGN Property AS, two companies headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Org. number 987 006 609.

 

2.0 Information we collect

Information you give us. You may give us information, including information that can identify you ("Personal Information"), when you use our Website, correspond with us, fill out any of our forms, post on our websites, subscribe to receive our newsletter, enter into any of our competitions, purchase our goods or services, book events via our Website, create an account or when you communicate with us through one of our social media platforms. 

 

2.1 Membership application

Factory Tøyen is a community of members. In order to become a member of Factory Tøyen, you must apply through our Website. Factory Tøyen is a diverse and creative community open to all. If you wish to become a member of our community and/or are interesting in renting our premises, you may have to fill out a form where we request more information about you and your company. The information that you provide when setting up an application may include your name, email address, work situation and type of industry, telephone number, your social media credentials and/or your company's website and/or your own personal portfolio. By submitting your Personal Information, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and that you consent that your information will be used by our sales and marketing team. Your email address will be added in our mailing list, and we will be able to send your requested offer, and in the future - give you relevant information about Factory Tøyen (this information can include updates about our Coworking Space, invitations to events, further information about our concept, and our future plans). Also we use third-party Services such as Squarespace. They have partnered with a number of selected providers, whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and enhance their - and our own. Squarespace includes certain Social Media features and widgets, single sign on features, such as the “Facebook Connect” or “Google Sign-in”, the “Facebook Like” button, the “Share this” button or other interactive mini-programs (“Social Media Features”).
